The mission of the New York Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is to take a leadership role in enhancing director effectiveness by providing a forum in which educational content and peer interaction are joined. Meeting focus will combine the practical aspects of board service with the latest developments and best practices in corporate governance. The Chapter seeks to reflect diverse perspectives, including new and experienced directors, CEOs, and subject matter experts. The Chapter also seeks to enhance the role of the NACD as the premier organization for boards and directors of U.S. business corporations, providing an authoritative voice and vital forum on matters of policy and practice.
