Since it went into effect, Governance Committees have
pursued various means of accomplishing the NYSE ruling
that requires the boards of listed companies to evaluate
their performance annually. This panel of directors,
moderated by Roger Kenny, Managing Partner of Boardroom
Consultants, will discuss their experiences with the
best practices that are evolving around assessment,
including giving feedback to individual directors, and
what boards are finding to be the major issues as they
use the assessment process to improve their
