J. Thomas Presby

J. Thomas Presby is a former Global Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte & Touche, spending 30 years as a partner in the firm and holding numerous positions within the United States and abroad.

Mr. Presby now works full time as a company director, investor, and adviser. In addition to serving on the boards of several private companies, he is a board member and chairs the audit committees of Exam Works Group, Inc., First Solar, Inc., INVESCO Ltd, Tiffany & Co., and World Fuel Services Corp. He also is a board member of the New York Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

He previously served as a trustee of Rutgers University and as director and chairman of the audit committee of The German Marshall Fund of the United States of America. In addition, Mr. Presby served as director and audit committee chair of Practice Works Inc., TurboChef Technologies, and American Eagle Outfitters. He is a former director and audit committee member of Greenpoint Financial Corp.

Mr. Presby received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University and a master's degree from the Carnegie Mellon University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Presby is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Ohio.
